Landscape will be the pathway; your onward
and upward journey to a leaner, stronger
and fitter lifestyle.

will motivate, inspire, educate and re-energise
your everyday lives by whisking you away
to a secluded destination where you will
benefit from a weekend of exercise, nutrition
managment and lifestyle management.

will be your life tour guides for a short
spell, we will figure out what makes you
tick and how we can trigger the willpower
to implement a long term stratergy for healthier
living.
What
You Will Do!
Yoga
We
start each morning with one hour of yoga
to awaken the body's muscular system, get
vital organs and the blood circulating,
ready for the days events.
Hill
Walking
This
will by no means a stroll. You will work
as a team at all levels of ability. Those
who want to press on will be given extra
distance but bringing them back to join
the group a t different intervals. Everyone
works hard and gets maximum gains!
Running
We
offer an opportunity for the fitter groups
to a turn of fell running. We will guide
you over tough terrain. You will learn to
pace yourselves in order to be specific
for differetn types of fitness training.
Mountain
Bikin- no experience needed
A
way to enjoy the panaramic veiws, at the
same time, low impact exercise with high
calorie and fat burning. Penty of rest on
the downhill but lots of effort every where
else. One of the best ways to get lean and
fitter without causing injury.
Adventure
Activities
You
will have the opportunity to burn calories
in a very unique way. You could be scaling
a rock face or be lowered down a waterfall.
Depending on weather conditions and time
of year you will never know what the lucky
dip will be.
Sports
Therapy
We
have qualified specialists to advise on
injury prention and how to treat yourself
with the respect your body desreves.
Deep
Tissue Massage
You
will have a sports massage treatment
each day to help disperse lactic acid, aid
lymphatic drainage. Promoting recovery and
good circulation. This will help increase
the bodies ability to burn efficently.
Nutrition
Over
the course of your stay with us you will
be calorie controlled, but, not starved.
A car cannot run on an empty tank, nor can
it do so with out the right grade oil. So,
why should we be any different. we are both
machines!

Monday will be a breeze with a newfound zest!!! |
We will take over a bunkhouse so that we are all together over the weekend.
You will be given sufficient food and fluids throughout the day to keep energised andmotivated.
There will be a pasta party in the evening and a chance to reflect on the day's events.
The evening is a chance to network, meet new people and get training tips and advice on the sports we offer.
